Hi all,

Would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this:

I have connected the cables in this order (single channel receiver).
BDR91 N to Hive N
BDR91 L to Hive L
BDR91 A to Hive 2
BDR91 B to Hive 3

In the application/thermostat, the receiver does kick off when the central heating is activated but not the boiler.

There seems to be a disconnect between the boiler and the receiver.

Please could you help me with what's missing?

FYI:
I am not sure where to check if I have a 230v or a 24v
I have a combi boiler, vaillant ecotec pro 28

Why did you use 2 and 3 on the Hive? One wire, not cable should go to common (eg Grey) and the other to heating on (terminal 3).

Its the boiler that sends and receives the voltage, you’re not making a 240 link, so that doesn’t matter in this case. The Hive is capable of the range of voltage switching too.
