We have just bought BDW13 dishwasher from baumatic. We have fitted the drainage pipe EXACTLY as specification in manual, but it still shows E2 error (drainage pipe error) when we use it. Any ideas as the pile of dirty plates on the side is ever increasing?!

Is the drain hose into a stand pipe?
Or is it into a spigot under the sink?
If it's the later, did you take the plug out of the spigot first?
(some spigots you have to cut the end off it).

Into spigot under sink...have to say we havent looked at whether the end was cut off, and considering the bodge job the plumber did on all the other plumbing in the kitchen it may well be that! will go and investigate...many thanks
