Bed rail hangers

Hi. I'm making a bed and need to get some hangers to join the bed rails to the headboard / footboard. I've seen things like this:

but I cant find where to get them in the UK. Does anyone know where to get them and are they any good?

what wrong with large screws in deep holes with dowling in the end then made flush?

Its going to have to move house in about a year, so I wanted something that could be knocked down easily. I also want to be sure it won't squeak!
