BEKO D3731 dishwasher pipe

Hi, Ive tried to speak to someone from BEKO this afternoon but they appear to have the worst customer service imaginable.

What im looking for is the small pipe (with a black line down the middle)as shown in the image link below.

It is 150mm long by approx 12 mm diameter. one end of the rubber 90 degree connector has No.6 and 9.6 printed on it and the other end has No.2 and 8.6 (tho not 100%)

I cannot believe how difficult it is to get this small part.

Does anyone know what its called?Whats the clear water holder that the pipe comes from called? Any help very much appreciated.

Can't help you with the pipe.
The clear water container is the salt reservoir and the water softener unit.

Ah right is that what it is. Theres a sort of plastic arm connected to the water softener?(well the one which is a different colour inside) which has a round thing clipped into it with wires coming out.

If you can make any sense of that, do you know what that part is as thats where the pipe im looking for connects to.
