Beko gas cooker - replacing grill thermocouple

I'm replacing the grill thermocouple in this 2004 DVG9621 cooker.

Is access to that from above, that is by removing the hob burner plate. Or maybe it accessed by removing the front control panel.

What does the supplied installation/servicing instructions say ? It can be a fiddly job.
