Beko Oif21300b oven warped element, any upgrades possible?

I have a Beko Oif21300b oven and the heating element warps and obstructs the fan, it needs replaced every year.
Is there such a thing as an upgrade?
Smaller fan blade
Larger element
Higher quality element.

Every element it's had has had the crimp type spacers not the welded type, would this be part of the problem?

ELE2110 made by irca or ego are normally welded,try UK Whitegoods.

Not sure if there'll be much difference but worth a try, definitely more movement in the crimped brackets.
