Beko washing machine - too much movement ?

In my quest to get a “silent” wash I’ve replaced 2 of 3 dampers on my Beko (I couldn’t reach the 3rd due to the concrete casing being in the way).
The side to side shaking seems to be worse now than it was before I changed the dampers. Could having the machine resting on its front whilst I changed the dampers moved the drum out of position? Anything I can do to correct it? Or am I obsessing over what is normal machine behaviour. I’ve recorded a few videos with the top off to see what you think and whether it’s normal or not. The loads in the machine were half loads

Yep! If that machine is empty in the vid., it would seem it has something throwing it well out of balance at the door end of the drum. Check inside the drum, that nothing is trapped in there, check the agitator bars are all in place, not loose.
 
Is there another concrete weight at the front of the drum below the door seal. Check to see if is loose or cracked if there is.
 
Are the washing machine shock absorbers working? Don't look like it

New dampers replaced last week. I’m obviously not an expert, but they’re not moving as much as I would expect?

Added videos in post above. I’ve just changed them, so wonder if I’ve done something wrong and they’re slightly out of line
 
Yep! If that machine is empty in the vid., it would seem it has something throwing it well out of balance at the door end of the drum. Check inside the drum, that nothing is trapped in there, check the agitator bars are all in place, not loose.

That seems fine to me, the empty balance is never perfect. I had wrongly assumed your previous vid, was empty, and for an empty machine, it was bad.

Loaded, the balance will obviously be way off. What machines usually do, is start to spin, test the balance, if it's out of bounds, they stop the spin, and try to rebalance by rotating slowly. They detect balance, by measuring the motor current - high current equals poor balance. Our machine, must be around 12 years or more old, I have never seen the need to replace the dampers in the time, a couple of years ago, I replaced the drum bearing.

Thanks. Still rattling around like a banshee when there is a load in it. Worse than before I changed the dampers
 
I think I’ve sorted it

When I changed the dampers the washing machine was on its front so the drum was not resting in its normal place and I think the dampers went in slightly out of line.

I’ve pushed the drum back from the inside of the machine and it seems to have done the trick.
