BEKO Washing Machinne Won't start after drain problem

I have just bought a BEKO WMA 1715 S the 1st time I used it the drain below the sink was blocked and it failed to drain leaving the clothes in the drum with water.
I have fixed the drain but I can't get it to start. all the lights are on and one is flashing. Is there a reset button ?
