Beko WM stopping just after powder is used.

Hi all,
I've got a BEKO WME8227 which has started playing up.
Just after the washing powder is 'rinsed in' from the tray, the machine stops and sits there for 10 minutes, then pumps out and cancels the program.
Any ideas?

Does it work ok on spin only programme? Not familiar with your machine. Perhaps you will get more info here beko wme8227w troubleshooting
