I have a Diamond h 40ER101C1P energy regulator to replace the faulty Strix OG1003 in my 627wh cooker hob. The old simmerstat has three terminals P1, 2 and 4. The new one has P1, 2 4 and 4A. How do i wire the new one. On the old one red wires go to P1, black to 4 and the wires to terminal 2 vary - different colour for each simmerstat - this is the wire that connects to the radiant ring on the hob.
