belling built in electric oven oven

hi we have a belling built in elecrtic oven and has worked great for the past 4 yrs but now the bottom oven cuts out when hot, have changed the internal thermostst and one on the external, also have change the fan on the rear however the fan only just turns round yet is free when turned by hand and the oven is still cutting out, can anyone help , Thanks john
