Belling Cooker

My in laws have a Belling cooker wall mounted 5yrs old Model number 492BL, they forgot to turn off the toaster/top oven and after an hour realised it was still on with the door closed. Since then only one of the elements is working, would anyone know what would need to be repaired. Also the fan assist in the main oven does not work any ideas on how to repair this ?
