Belling db3 - how to remove glass and fix slipping oven door?

Hi all

Does any one have this cooker or is anyone familiar with it? There's a couple of things I'm trying to do...

- I want to remove the inner pane of glass of the oven door to clean it. It already seems free and can slide up, but only as far as the "door frame", which is then in the way and stops it going any further.

- The larger oven door is loose and slips down. You therefore have to lift it a bit when closing in order to get it to choose properly. Does anyone know how I can adjust it or tighten it?

I don't know the model.
I would guess you remove the door, lay it on some towels etc on a flat surface & I would expect you can dismantle.
