Hello all

We have moved into a property recently and it has a belling oven. They previois owners left a manual for it but the symbols in the manual do not match what's on the oven and we don't know if if one of those symbols is a bread symbol and if so why does it have an A next to it. Also we don't know if it's a fan based oven or not?

Any help appreciated

Here's a couple of pics

It does appear to be a fan oven and A does appear to be for baking bread. I would guess it means the oven uses the upper and lower element together but without the fan and at a particular temp.. Belling manuals are never the easiest things to understand so you will probably need to read it while stood next to the oven several times while watching what happens with each selection
