Whats the best way to bend plastic 20mm conduit? i have the insert springs but never really have sucess in getting the bend in the exact place?
Make sure you warm up the outside of the bend quite a lot more than the inside, a heat-gun I find works well, if you warmup the inside it can kink a little.

I doubt you could warm the inside up much anyway as you've got a metal spring acting as a heat sink.
I find warming up the conduit by rubbing a cloth in the area you're going to bend gives yields good results.
PVC conduit is an absolute doddle, god help you with metal!

Steel Conduit is more forgiving
