Bending partial pass over

When bending a partial pass over just big enough to get over a 15mm pipe. To what angle should you pull the first bend?

The first bend will usually be more than 45 but less than 90, usually somewhere in the middle, and then the second would be roughly half that. You need to measure the gap you want plus the diameter of the pipe to give the second bend mark. That's presuming they'll both be clipped the same.
