4 months is plenty of time for antidepressants to kick in, if needs be. Until the time of her trial she should be incarcerated under the mental health act to prevent her from harming herself or others, and once declared fully recovered she should stand trial for fraud, which should require a lengthy prison sentence.

If her depression instantly get's better (when they say charges have been dropped) She should be instantly charged again, with no reports into her supposed continuing condition. Brought before the courts the same day . If found guilty, imprisoned and ordered to pay back everything she has illegally claimed. HMRC should claim back any tax she has evaded from the "Flipping" of second homes.
Upon her release from HMP her pension should be stopped and she should be made to survive, working 40 hrs a week for the National Minimum Wage., until she reaches retirement age, when she should receive no more than any other pensioner who's been working for the NMW would receive.
