Best 90mm fast-flow shower waste

We're having problems with our low profile shower flooding.
The shower waste I've fitted doesn't have any kind of 'hair-trap' and when I try to use a plastic grill the flow is further restricted making the problem worse.
I'm going to change the waste-trap and would very much appreciate any recommendations I'm going to raise the shower tray up onto a plinth to help increase the fall so there will be plenty of room.
