Can anyone give advice on flooring for an upstairs bathroom.

I want one which looks good and also easy to clean etc. And the best to lay as will be doing it myself.

At first i wanted ceramic tiles but now im having the following doubts
1. Any future problems and the floor coming up.
2. More time consuming in laying.
3. Slippy and cold as baby on the way.

Vinyl i think does not look as good so now im thinking about the kind of lock together laminate with the appearance of ceramic tiles.. Dont know anything about these and would like to know peoples opinion. Personally i think they would look quite good but the other half needs convincing.

Thanks in advance

If you go for the Melamine Laminate make sure you buy some that are suitable for wet areas (not all are!)
Even if it's a 'glue-less' click system, in bathrooms we always recommend to glue the T&G's with PVAC-woodglue for extra 'sealing' against water coming through.
