as much as i like drinking tea, milk, one sugar, I hate the aftertaste. I have to say i think the most refreshing drink when i'm de-hydrated is a pint of ice cold lager, with condensation on the outside of the glass. Lovely!

While I'm working I love a nice big glass of diluted cordial (lime or blackcurrant for me) with loads of ice or if I'm sat in a beer garden then it has to be a luuuurvley cold lager

Just Like home measures of wine are always bigger, so is the home 'scoop' of icecream... loosely translated to dollop or blob..

I just up the exercise so I can indulge on those naughty but veeeery nice treats.

Well markie I may be getting it mixed up with the old 99 ice cream but I seem to remember me dear old Mum sending me to the co-op for 99 tea (brand) and put it on our account, I mean I would have said a pint of bitter but then being a light weight I'd have to have the rest of the day off to sleep it off.
