Best filler for patching up broken plaster and a few deeper holes in walls? (pics attached)

Any advice on what filler to use for these holes and sections of broken-off plaster? (see pics below)

I've no prior experience of plastering/filling other than a bit of polyfilla here and there... and I'm guessing pollyfilla is not the best choice here? Looking for something easy to use, ideally just one product I can use for all these sections, and something that can easily be sanded prior to painting.

Having done a bit of research, Easifill/Easifiller or Toupret Interior Filler seem like they might be suitable. Am leaning towards the Toupret because it seems like it would do well for all the bits I need to fill - only needs one coat, and can fill to any depth (one of the holes I need to fill is a good few cm's deep). Easyfiller Light also says it can fill deep holes - and is premixed - but is it the best choice for the shallower wider sections of broken off plaster?

Any pointers much appreciated!

Toupret powder filler.
Standard will do although I use the tx110 mostly. Just a bit nice with faster drying.

Deep stuff apply some. Let it set for 45 to 60ish mins and apply more. Let that set and apply more to build out.
When dry (24h) 120 grade sand on a blocked of wood so it's flat

Powder.
I only use ready mixed on undercoated skirting.
Chuck more ready mixed than I used so I stopped buying it. Can't control the consistency.
Gets crusty with bits in.
Just seal powder in container and will last for years

QuickFill is great for minor imperfections but deep holes would take weeks to dry. It is also very soft.
