hi there,
i am renovating an old launderette.
the state of the floor (60 m2) is rough concrete and uneven.
I was thinking of laying a 9mm oak floor.
I understand that at the very least I will need to pour a levelling compond first and then fit a 5mm underlay and then fit the floor (T&G) I think. Am I completly missing something major like fitting battons across the floor (ceiling height is not a problem)?
Would floorpaint be a better option?
