best mix for screed on under floor heating

been searching for the best mix of sharp sand and cement for my under floor heating and the ratio I came across vary between 1 to 6 to 1 to 4. however, the cement I bought stated that the ration should be 1 to 3.5. any idea what id the best ratio

All depends on your depth. Personally I only use a liquid screed. What's the depth from top of pipe to floor height?
