Best silicone sealant for thermal insulation

Hello, I’ve been thinking about removing the old silicone sealant around my windows, and putting a new line in. I was wondering if there was a silicone sealant, suitable for indoor and/or outdoor use that is designed for insulating please?

Inside you use window mastic that can take emulsion vs silicone that don't. Silicone becomes a problem when you are apply paint when cutting in.
Window mastic or polymer mastic can be painted.
Insulated silicone? Don't know what that is
