I'm hoping to have a concealed shower built into a (new) partition wall.

To make the installation of the shower valve etc. easier, is it best to have a particular type of wall? I'm guessing that a Stud-type wall would be best? Blockwork wall 2nd choice, and a Brick wall by far the least suitable?

[On one side of the partition wall will be the shower, and on the other side of the wall a totally separate plain bathroom wall (with no fixings). So it should be reasonably easy to access the concealed parts if/when they need to be accessed]

Thanks for thoughts.

Look at digital showers, have a Triton with the unit in the loft and the feed to the wall outlet in a 50mm cavity steel stud wall.
