Best way to deal with cracks in external render

Hoping for some advice as to how to deal with cracks in external render on a gable end. Is there a product to fill it before repainting?

Is this filler from Toolstation any good?

Any help or suggestions gratefully received!

Have you checked the render around the cracks is sound?

No I haven't as need to hire a cherry picker to get that high.

Looks like that bottom crack maybe running along a day joint not sure whats causing that or the other crack though you will have to get up there and investigate one thing for sure you dont want to be paying for a cherry picker or scaffold and then filling it with that filler you will be wasting your money
