Hello,
After some advice, I am a complete novice at interior DIY (vehicles are my thing).
Had to rip out a section of the bedroom to remedy a roof leak, it was plastered and plasterboarded with a tile board nailed to the timber. Under that was the old timber for lathe and plaster which is now gone.
now looking for the best way to get this back to normal.
I have attached a pic (hopefully it will show)
Could it just be a simple job of boarding it over with 3.5mm ply and then plasterboarding over an a skim?
Or if I'm way off please let me know.
Cheers all.
