I have an old-ish bifold shower door that works fine but the seal running vertically down the door hinge side is degrading which means water is leaking out and damaging the floor.

I cant find much online in the way of identical replacements? ive found something on a boating website and something on a patio door website...

All the other shower door sealants seem to be plastic and for the bottom of the door...

should i go for the patio door style seal or is there something plastic that will work better?

This is the door from outside the shower...

and from inside the shower... i think i would need a bit of plastic that was a right angle with adhesive on the inside edge, to fit over the corner?
