I have an odd size door space, and can not find a standard bi-fold to fit. could I buy 2 single doors and join them together. or can anyone suggest where I can find a oak bi-fold to fit my 46/48 inch space. thanks

space is actually 46, and not enough room for full swing of French doors.

Get something custom made from a PVC window company? Maybe a 90cm glass door and a fixed pane?

maybe something like this:

but better obviously to get the fitter to measure up and order the doors!
