Biasi Boiler ER69 error

Hi Guys,

I have a Biasi Inova 26C boiler, earlier today the gas ran out on the smart meter which caused it to turn off. Having topped up the has and turning the boiler back on I am getting an ER69 Error with spanner which I understand to be a wiring error lockout, currently there is no hot water or central heating.

British Gas say the earliest engineer is next Wednesday.

I have tried the reset button, turning off the boiler for over half hour then turning back on to no avail.

Each time I turn it on, it sounds like it tries to fire up a few times and then the error message shows up. So I am looking to see if anyone has any suggestions on what I can try to get it fired back up.

Have you other gas appl ? Are they on as gas meters can lock up

The only other gas appliance would be cooker, which was on at the mains but no gas used in this time.

Yes I can get gas from the cooker

Is boiler going to " lockout",you may need to reset several times ,how many times have you tried to fire up the boiler ?

Over 10 times now, no luck!
