Biasi boiler only producing hot water when the heating is on

Hi There...

My BIASI combo boiler is generating hot water first thing in the morning. From the first shower onwards, there is no hot water.

If I turn on the boiler for central heating, then I get hot water instantly.

The boiler used to produce hot water instantly when the heating wasn't on.

Additionally, 2 of my radiators are not warming up when the heating is on. I've bled them both but still no joy. Could this be related?

Does anyone have an idea what is wrong??

sounds live the divertor vale (diaphram in side it )has packed in or the flow switch is packed in depending on the model of your boiler. its nothing major use a wear and tear part

Most likely yo have the older model and the diverter valve has failed.

The flow throught the rad is not connected but may need rebalancing or if that does not sort it out then desludging ( after checking the pump on the boiler ).
