combi boiler wont light when calling for heat,the fan kicks in but wont go to ignition but if i turn the hot water tap on 3 or 4 times then the boiler lights and the heating then stays on. i have to keep my thermostat high because when the boiler reaches required temperaure it shuts down and wont ignite again unless i run the hot water tap.
gas engineer says faulty pcb relay but at £160 i just want to check if this is correct.
