hi, new poster so please be gentle. boiler is 24s biasi combi boiler, just over a year old, just recently when heating comes on have started to hear a continuous "whistling or squealing" noise coming from boiler. it doesnt happen when runnig hot water. any advice anybody could give, many thanks dave.

Can you clarify the exact model as shown on the flap?
It should have been a condensing boiler like an M96-24.
The basic 24S ceased manufacture during 2002 !!! It was replaced by the M90-24 non condensing.
Is the system pressure set correctly at about 1.5 Bar ( as shown by the BLACK pointer if its really a 24S. )
