Biasi M90e 24s boiler not working

Any help please.

Got a biasi 24s boiler which has just stopped working , no power lights at all. opend where the cicuit board is and changed the fuse all light came on but as soon as i turned the hot water on the fuse blew again.

Any help on what it could be would be appriciated.

I'd be wondering about the pump. If the wiring and connectors feeding it look OK you could check the pump itself with a separate mains lead fed via a 3 Amp fuse.
