Biasi pressure problem

i i wonder if anyone can help me.
I have a Biasi M96 28SM/D and everything has been fine until yesterday.

Seven trent had to do emergancy work on our street and our water was off for 4 hours.
When i turned the boiler back on it the pressure on the gauge was below 1 but it went back to normal preety fast.

I thought that was it but this morning it is at 0.5. I have read though my manual and it says that i should have a temporary fitting that is used to refill and get the pressure back to normal.
But i dint have one.

i cant get intouch with my installer is there anything i could do?
