Is it really that difficult to get parts for these, the above boiler (BIASI RIVA) has started to leak near the inlet pipe, this was diagnosed by my gas engineers as some plastic housing that has cracked that is part of the pump assembly. So on trust, I have asked him to order the part and repair. This was 5 weeks ago, the leak is now increasing from a controllable drip ( cup full over a day at most) to about a gallon an hour.
The system needs re-pressurizing to get hot water.
The part does not look like it is going to come before Santa plus Reindeer, has been and done their deed and Rudolf and co have been sent out to graze.

The property is let and I am now in a pickle, what can be done.
I have tried to contact BIASI, the boiler is about 6 years old and to be honest been nothing but trouble, is there a problem with this boiler and getting parts?

It shouldn't be too much of an issue. In the rear of the boilers servicing manual (look on their website if you haven't got it) it has all of the boilers spare parts etc with a gas council number or order code where applicable. I would just ring up your local merchant with that info.

I have been in touch with Biasi UK, they gave me number of their local engineer but alas he doesn't take phone calls or reply to text messages!
So then contacted Biasi again for a local stockist put closest one was about a 3 hour round trip, so asked if they could give me the part number and they hung up on me, they are bloody useless!
