You are probably right.......there appears to be a culture of employers not employing british kids saying they are lazy, dont work hard , dont turn up,blah,blah.... wouldnt it be good if the british avoided these bars/resturants and other establishments..

the problem is british kids want it all without having to work for it. why as an employer would you employ a surly oik when you can employ an eastern european to serve your coffee and they will do it with a smile on their face.that I am afraid is a fact of life.
