Yes,It is through the end cap (plastic)
It is 3 core so there is still an earth to the board
It did look new it is with this lot, it is fed with swa from a ryfield board, ,next to the main supply head, which is in the building next door.
It looks like they were trying to upgrade to a 100 amp supply, and fitted a 60 amp wylex in place and refed the board with 25mm.
