Flat roof repair will be done with adhesive as for various reasons torching is not an attractive option.
It's an existing flat roof with what looks like just one layer bitumen and not a very thick one either of the non-uv type i.e. just the black felt, which had some shingle on it. Not measured it but estimate it 20-odd square metres.
Owner is unsure of when it went on or who did it.
Are there certain brands/types felt that are particularly good or should definitely be avoided for use with adhesive?
It's a no-budget charity project so price is definitely a factor.
