Black Marks all over laundry - help!

We have a Indesit wil143 which is about 8 months old - tops.
About a month or so back on the advice of the \\\'oh so wonderful\\\'(!) how clean is your house programme, my wife ran vinegar through it to clean it out..
Today after doing a wash she discovered all of the white wash to have small dirty black marks all over it all, as if somewthing was running through the drum. Upon inspection of machine i have discovered that underneath the seal all the way round is black slime and it\\\'s obviously also in the drum - hence the black marks.
It seems to be drainign properly - there\\\'s no smells and I\\\'ve checked the waste pipe end where there\\\'s no blockages. Help!

black slime may be accumulated old soap and fabsoft decaying.

Give it a couple of HOT washes with NO POWDER or Fabsoft

This will tend to wash away the accumulations.

You can take out the soap drawer and give it a scrub in hot water

Also the slot the drawer slides into. A kitchen cleaner with bleach spray will kill the black mildew. Once it is dead it will clean away easier.

Give the seal a scrub too.

And perhaps cut down on the amnount of powder used in future.
