Black mould behind bath

Hi, recently found my shower had been leaking for some time and on taking the bath panel off (which was sealed on) there is black mould everywhere. The leak is now fixed, but how do I get rid of the mouldy boards on the wall? Is my only option to take out the bath, strip the tiles and replace the board? (Please say theres another /cheaper option!
