Hi experts
I've got an outbuilding which I intend to convert to a workshop. It has a corrugated iron roof and once I put some warmth in there I am worried about condensation. There is no ceiling and I have been told there is no point doing this and insulating on top because it will obviously still 'rain' inside the cold space. I've had two suggestions - one is to bitumen the whole roof outside which sounds completely impractical and I've never seen another example anywhere (hot day, stink of tar!) and the other is to get someone in to spray the underside with foam to insulate and seal any cracks.
Your comments will be gratefully received.
