bleeding valve

radiator hot at bottom cold at top,bleeding valve head worn and I can\\\'t release it.any suggestions?

Try some pin nose pliers but make sure you turn both valves off or if it does come out, you may have a bit of a flood. You could also try putting a bit of paper in the rad key and forcing it on.
