Block drive sealing

Hopefully mid February I'll be getting my drive installed with charcoal blocks.

All the cars in my house house leak some sort of fluid (Oil,power steering fluid)

Would this sealer be any good?

Personally I'd use a proper trade one rather than that rubbish something like the Everest Trade ones or similar.
