Every six days or so our ( three victorian semis in a row, no's 29 down to 19 ) sewerage drain blocks up. Blockage occurs under No: 23 which I can clear easily with my rod.
The problem is that it clearly needs further attention. Thames water will only look at it if it blocks again. Does anyone know who is liable ( the homeowners or Thames ) and if it is a collapsed pipe how much would the repair be???
