Blocking off removed/disused chimney?

Hello, hope you all can help me.

Have a 4 pot chimmney thats just had the bottom half removed, lintel installed etc.

The flues will be bricked up inside where ness but I'm wondering what to do about the open pots on top?

Can they be blocked off compeletly, or will vent caps be needed?

You definately need vented caps and ideally you also want vents at the bottom of each flue to help with the ventilation.
