Blowing Circuit Breaker

Everytime I try to start my dishwasher, it trips my circuit breaker. I don\\\'t have anything else on the circuit - is this a dishwasher problem or a circuit breaker problem?

Probably water in the electrics - happenend to our 12 year old whirlpool machine. Scrapped it.
