Bluetooth adapter

Can anyone reccomend a decent one of these for a hi-fi ? I have a hi-fi that is connected to speakers in the bathroom and was wondering if it was possible to be able to plug something like the above into it (possibly in the aux point) then play the music on my phone (while being able to ff/rew etc) ? Seen a few on the likes of amazon but the prices vary massively, and as we all know, cheap is usually cheap but expensive don't automatically mean good. Cheers.
