BMW 1 Series Sat Nav Software update

i have just purchased a BMW 1 series and would love to update the SatNav, you someone educate me doing this and where to go on line for the software?

I may be wrong, but I believe the updates may only be available via subscription

Try the baby bmw forum, use the search function “update satnav” and there is loads of advice.

Join the Facebook group for BMW 1 series, the VW Golf group is very active.

Open wallet, repeat the words "Update Sat Nav - money be gone" 3 times and as if by magic, your sat nav will update.

If that doesn't work try the above, or get a tom tom (free updates).
