Boarding bathroom floor

Hi,

wanted to overboard my shower room chipboard floor with something to reinforce it, before putting in the shower tray, will do the whole floor.

Not going to have tiles just vinyl on the floor.

Which is best 6mm no more ply or 6mm aquapanel floor tile underlay?

going to use the 12.5mm aquapanel for the walls.

9mm plywood I would go with
